Phil Foster Park Snorkel Trail

Last year, Palm Beach County installed a Snorkel Trail at Phil Foster Park near the Blue Heron Bridge.  The trail is designed for both snorkelers and SCUBA divers and provides an artificial reef for marine life.   June 23, 2013 was my first visit on the trail.
